Sparky The Dog

Sparky the Dog is an urban legend making rounds a little bit after the release of the original Five Nights at Freddy's. Although he never was implemented into the original games, Sparky would eventually become somewhat canon after being made as one of the 3 spare suits in the Five Nights at Freddy's Movie.

Appearance[]

FNaF 1 - In the original hoax / urban legend, Sparky was pretty slender, wore overalls, had a destroyed arm, & was missing an eye.

FNaF (Movie) - In the movie, he was made using Freddy’s body, Bonnie's Facemold, Chica's Eyebrows, and most likely Foxy’s exposed foot.

History[]

In the early days of the game's lifespan, someone began to spread rumors about a hidden sixth animatronic named "Sparky the Dog". Sure enough, screenshots began to pop up on Tumblr. Reportedly, Sparky the one-armed dog occasionally appeared peeking through the Backstage doorway. However, it was eventually revealed as a hoax by his creators, Tumblr users, kodiabear and nguyen. All of the screenshots were Photoshopped.

Sparky had recently made a cameo as a Backstage Suit in the Five Nights at Freddy's Movie.

Sparky was the first ever FNaF hoax.
Fetch, from the official Fazbear Frights book series, may have taken some inspiration from Sparky the Dog.
Sparky also appeared in an official anniversary video for Five Nights At Freddy's 1.
In the movie, Sparky is stuffed with a gang member.
There is a diner named in the FNaF movie named after him.
Sparky is the only Hoax character so far that has been made canon in some form of official FNaF continuity : ]
